Volunteer Waterers

To reduce watering costs for the Town Council, and also to conserve water, from the first summer of Covid SSIB has organised a team of volunteers to water all those planters that are reasonably accessible. Some planters are watered by residents living close by, others by volunteers riding with water containers on their bikes. One keen volunteer waterer used recycled shower water to water her planter!
