RHS Grow Well Project - Sowing Marigolds

English marigolds are also great pollinators and insect attractors – and this year the RHS sent out packets of marigold seeds to those In Bloom Groups and Schools who wished to take part in the Grow Well initiative. SMSG North Site and South Site applied for a pack and had fun sowing them in flower beds in the school grounds and in planters. SSIB volunteers have also been sowing marigolds around the town, and they have blazed gloriously in the sunshine
