Summer Sunshine for SSIB Summer Buffet at York House

It was a balmy evening for the SSIB Summer Buffet at York House, so many of our guests could linger outside with Theresa Wedderburn’s lovely flower bed in the Community Gardens as the colourful back-drop.

For those inside their was delightful music provided by

Michele Welborn and Roddy Clenaghan with support from Patrick Nicholson, as well as tasty summer dishes provided by SSIB volunteers. A number of businesses kindly donated prizes for the raffle (Odell’s, Willises, Metalyka, Hubbards, Greens the Butcher’s, Lampwise Lighting and Branchout), and by the end of the evening, with raffle and ticket sales, SSIB funds were increased by the amazing sum of over £500.
